Customer should contact kbosso.com Customer Service within 14 days from shipment date when reporting a missing product.<\/p>\n<p>Reminder: remember to keep the package if the \u201cmissing-item\u201d issue happens because kbosso.com may need it to resolve the issue. If customer cannot supply us with the package kbosso.com may refuse to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n<p><b>Shipped but not delivered<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If the status of shipment has not been updated and you still haven\u2019t received the item within 21days of shipment date, kbosso.com will ship a replacement to you.<\/p>\n<p>Under certain circumstances, kbosso.com will take special actions to deal with this issue. These circumstances include: flood, fire, earthquake and other natural phenomena, strikes and acts or actions of governmental bodies.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wrong Item Received<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you have received the wrong item or an item other than what you ordered, you may send it back to kbosso.com.
